I am theoretically switching over from Reddit to Lemmy. Finding myself spending more time on Lemmy than on Reddit. Maybe it’s because I am limited to using the desktop and can’t aimlessly browse Reddit on my iPhone. Of late, the only subreddits I cared for were on sports and their matchday threads and r/watches. I found myself aimlessly browsing through r/AskReddit and asking and answering pointless questions.

    I’m kinda half and half right now. Waiting to see what happens when the new API pricing goes into effect.

      If my app (Boost) stops working, I’m prolly just gonna stick around here. I usually visited some niche subs related to my hobbies anyhow, so I might participate here more.

        Boost didn’t stop working for you? Mine just failed to load anything starting last Tuesday so I bailed on it

          I think there was an update last week, it was seamless for me but I did notice it because theme changed (fond and colours slightly).
