All forms of COVID-19 have respirator requirements as it is an aerosol or airborne virus.
Masks are for community so they don’t spread via droplet contact.
A lot world mandated masks for 2 years.
As I said in my previous comment, It wasn’t about the virus. not even mask mandates that people just ignored if they wanted to.
