    It was supposed to represent one of the ‘different periods of American history’, and it was controversial from the day it went up. When a new one was raised during a renovation some two decades later, Richard Bradley tore it down, and public outcry eventually led to it being replaced with a pro-Union flag.

      Holy shit of course there’s a Union flag! They’re such sore losers they still hold on to flags we’ve forgotten! Gross that anyone campaigned for it to remain or to begin with.
