A white Texas gunman who killed 23 people in a racist attack on Hispanic shoppers at a Walmart in 2019 has agreed to pay more than $5 million to families of the victims.

Genuinely curious and ignorant about restitution from inmates who spend the read of their lives in prison.

How would he ever be able to pay 5M+ USD?

Am I missing something about how this racist psychopath is independently wealthy at 23? No? Then why even bother with this? He’s already going to die in prison.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.

Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.

9. No link shorteners.

The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.

10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
