Its not trespassing if its a public space.

It isn’t until a cop asks you to leave under the above policy.

Also, it ain’t right wingers wanted state slavery, what do they call it? Oh yeah communism.

Is it a public area or not?

The UK is a shithole for even considering ideas like these.

        This is not relevant.

Allow me to help you understand:

The PSPO will give authorised BCP officers and Dorset Police the ability to address the following activities which will be prohibited Monday – Friday between 7am and 7pm in the highlighted map area.

remaining in the Safe Zone, when asked to leave by a Police Officer or police community support officer or any other person designated by BCP Council or returning to the Safe Zone before 7pm on the day you have been asked to leave.

It is an offence to fail to comply with the order and could result in a fine or prosecution.

I understand that. Is it an absurd thing for the UK to do or not?

People who are harassing others and not leaving after being asked to, those people being fined/prosecuted is reasonable. That’s what they’re doing/preventing and it is reasonable.

it’s absolutely unreasonable for any honest person to consider silently sitting in public to be harassment.

That’s not all she was doing.

I don’t call silently protesting outside a building harrassment. Weird maybe, but we don’t fine or prosecure being weird.

                  It is completely unreasonable.

It’s almost like british law isn’t based on what you decide.
