I am theoretically switching over from Reddit to Lemmy. Finding myself spending more time on Lemmy than on Reddit. Maybe it’s because I am limited to using the desktop and can’t aimlessly browse Reddit on my iPhone. Of late, the only subreddits I cared for were on sports and their matchday threads and r/watches. I found myself aimlessly browsing through r/AskReddit and asking and answering pointless questions.

There is already a pretty good mobile app for lemmy though, it’s called Jerboa for Lemmy. It’s not the most polished thing ever, but it’s much better than reddit’s official app and it works pretty well.

Right, I mentioned I setup Jerboa. It’s not bad at all, but I’ve used sync for years and just know it well.

thanks, had no idea there was a mobile app.

but if i already have mastodon - do i really need Jeroba?

Fedilab doesn’t have lemmy support just yet, it will in the near future though
