If you want to get rid of this nightmare, Ghostery adblocker have a Never Consent feature that just kicks out any CMP instead of saying no to everything, which as a result prevents advertisers from receiving the tcfapi() response, leading to most ads not being displayed at all.
Looks like Firefox Mobile’s Ghostery add-on is outdated and doesn’t have this feature.
EDIT: It looks like I was sort of wrong. The setting doesn’t seem to show up in the main app settings, but I went to a site that had a cookie consent form after installing Ghostery and Ghostery gave me a pop-up asking if I want to enable NeverConsent on this website and/or all websites. So it looks like it does work.

So does UBlockOrigin. There’s a certain list that you just have to turn on.
Does it work on android too?

I’m sorry I don’t have an Android phone to test. For me it works in Safari for macOS and iOS, and Firefox for Linux.
I guess it should work everywhere.
