Hello members of programming.dev! Currently weve got communities popping up that are being requested from https://programming.dev/post/5189 (if you want a community make sure to throw it in there)
If you want to mod one of the communities feel free to say so down below! In order for Lemmy to allow you to be modded you need to have a post in the community first as well
If you start running a community make sure to get some posts in there for people to interact with and get some activity going!
- Edit some communities now have hit two or more members of the mod team. If this is case you need to apply to those mods rather than me as im letting them handle how they want to run it
I’m interested in helping, if a community needs help.
For all of those youll need to dm one of the current mods as theyre all at 2 or above so theyre deciding how theyre running it (and theres no intellij community atm) (people on the list that arent me or snowe)
You also need a post or a comment in the community to be modded there
If you think it’s worth it, feel free to make the Intellij community and appoint me as mod. I can’t make it because it’ll appear as .world.

Waiting for the community to propegate and I’ll be able to find it then. :)
Hmm. It’s been 3 hours and it still hasn’t propagated through. It’s possible that it only does that when there is a post, then that gets published to the federation.
Can you make a first post and I’ll see if I can find it and comment there?
