It was 1 cup basmati rice, 1/2 cup red lentils, 3 cups and a little extra water with plenty of home made curry powder, frozen bell peppers and chopped up baby carrots.
Came out good but a little underwhelming without sauce. I also made chole not pictured and ate it together.
Baby carrots are just chopped carrots, seems a bit wasteful to use those specifically in cooking
They were on sale and I really don’t think it matters.
