I’ve beaten him three times now, but my god he is terrifying and hard to kill at lower levels. My 55 barb just pastes him into a wall, but I was just playing my lvl 22 necro and he almost killed me multiple times.

from why i’ve seen, once you verbalize this you will get him in your next 5 dungeons or so lol
Been playing since the poor man’s launch and I’d never seen him til yesterday. Saw him 3 times yesterday and once today. I’m wondering if they boosted the spawn rate, it increases with level (I’m 72) or I just have weird luck.
