      You’ll might hear more of them in the future. Chinese car makers really ramped up their international presence in the last few years, especially for EVs. In western countries, they mostly only sell fleet vehicles such as electric buses, but in Asia their small and cheap electric cars are already dominating the EV market.

        They’re definitely growing in Europe. The Chinese manufacturers get huge subsidies from the Chinese government in the whole EV supply chain and consumers get big subsidies from members state governments to buy them so they are significantly cheaper than European or American made vehicles, be it buses or cars due to the much cheap labour in China.

          Labour point doesn’t really work when the western manufacturers also build in China factories.
