Hey guys. After discussing with our lovely sysadmin @[email protected] earlier, I thought it’s time we gathered to discuss our little community here. feddit.nl has been through some tough times, but it’s still up and strong! Let’s look into helping it solidify even more.

How have you been liking Lemmy so far? Would you like it if feddit.nl offered different interfaces like Photon and Voyager? Isn’t the trending communities bot really cool? ;)

Please feel free to let us know what we can do to help this instance thrive, and maybe tell us a little about your day, heh heh heh.

And of course, creating content, as well as sharing with others you know, goes a long way!

I joined feddit.nl because it has the least amount of blocked servers. If I don’t like a community I block it myself. The minute it starts behaving like lemmy.world I’m out.

Hey Lemmy World admin here. What blocks are you talking about? We defederated with Hexbear.net and the rest are Loli, neonazi and csam instances. Which one of these do you miss most?

Have a look here to see which ones are blocked by Lemmy.world: https://gui.fediseer.com/instances/detail/lemmy.world

And if you are angry that one of these instances is blocked, we don’t even want you on Lemmy World.

If I don’t like a community I block it myself

That’d work fine if you ran a solo instance, but you don’t. Being part of a community means having to be aligned with a common set of values, even just a little. And if your values include giving nazis a megaphone, allowing csam, etc, then you don’t belong here.
