My guys both have the “there’s not a thought in this head” variation of resting cat face–one largely fits that assessment but the other would be an evil genius if we’re assigning human traits.
That just looks like a chill and patient cat.
Cats have resting cat face and people who don’t know cat body language think they’re mad when they’re just being chill and friendly.
But it’s funnier to ascribe human pissiness to cats!
