Looking for X3 Pro Replacement, Does X5 or F5 Have the Same MB Issues?

My X3 Pro died recently out of nowhere and upon some digging around, found that it’s a common issue with X3 Pro phones.

I was wondering if the new models (X5 or F5) would have the same issues. I don’t want my phone to suddenly die on me after 2 years.
