It appears your on X so this might not have occurred to you, but you don’t have to pick a side in every conflict. You can accept that global political issues that go back decades are nuanced and without easy good guys and bad guys. You can see that Israel is an apartied state engaged in human rights violations AND Hama’s rape and murder of civilians, especially at the music festival, was so depraved I have trouble finding the words.

Israel should be a global outcast for its human rights abuses, and should ultimately give Palestinians their freedom and respect their basic human rights. Hamas leadership and those that participated in the attacks, especially on the festival, deserve a punishment worse than execution. Both of these things are true, it’s a horrible situation all around for the civilians on both sides, and the attack and response will just continue the cycle of hate and violence. The xitter critters getting out their hot takes and unnuanced internet slap fights can go fuck themselves.
