So we can pretty much infer what is happening here. They told Musk to take down violating posts. Musk wants them to list the posts publicly so he can have another far-right shitshow where he makes the fucking conflict about him and can pretend to debate. The law does not specify that they need to make the complaint by using the service. They make the complaint by officially filing a complaint. This is not The Elon Show. The timer starts ticking when the complaint is filed. Elon is indicating that he does not intend to comply. Let the chips fall where they may, but I hope this is one of the EU regulations that proportional to the company, not one that costs less than Elon flying his private plane from Austin to Dallas.

Twitter was dedicated as a gatekeeper under DSA, so the fine is substantial.
Edit: I mentioned DMA, but meant DSA. The fine is up to 6% instead of up to 10%.
6% of 0 is $zero or am I misunderstanding worldwide turnover here?
