Honestly, not using read for the past two weeks has shown me just how little I need it. Now that I’m using Lemmy, as well as sites like Tumblr and Squabble, I’ve realized it’s been 1000x harder for me to doomscroll like I did on reddit. Things might change in the long run, and Lemmy and Squabble seem to be relatively young sites compared to Reddit, but I’m using social media less overall and I don’t want to die when I use it.
Nah, I’m staying here. Fuck Reddit. Not using it has made me realize how useless it is to me.
