I usually do elliptical or cycle on these days since they’re low impact, but I just prefer running. It’s quicker.
minus-squareOdinMlink1•1 year agoI think you’ll be fine. Put whatever is more important to you first. If you’re trying to improve your lifts then do that first. If you’re chasing a running time then do that one first. Your other activity will suffer a bit though.
