minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish1•1 year agoIt was literally screen mirroring. I remember using this with a nexus iirc. Whatever was on the phone screen was on the bigger display. It wasn’t exactly chrome cast as with cast it doesn’t play the same video locally.

it never did. That was display link which isn’t proper display out. its literally a wired-up version of Chromecast.
It was literally screen mirroring. I remember using this with a nexus iirc. Whatever was on the phone screen was on the bigger display.
It wasn’t exactly chrome cast as with cast it doesn’t play the same video locally.
