Saw a reports a few days back that it was delayed. Given SAG-Aftra has also voted to strike starting July 1st if a new deal is not ratified, it makes sense
I feel like I need to watch this movie twice. Once to enjoy the animation and the second time for the plot cause I definitely missed some plot points while geeking out over the animation.
I actually liked it. It really does dive straight into what this arc is about. It’s odd but the more grounded movies in the MCU are usually my favorite ones. I loved Winter Soldier and this is one has that kind of feel to it.
Samuel L and Mendo are pretty awesome as usual…but damn Olivia Colman is delightful. Her character is like she’ll probably cleave you alive while sounding like your neighborly auntie 😂
But yeah the ending of that first episode is…oh boy.
I still can’t believe they did that at the end of the first episode of Secret Invasion
How was the first episode? I kind of dropped off of all the Marvel stuff after No Way Home.
Same. Not sure if it counts as marvel but I did see Spider-Man beyond across the spiderverse and loved it.
Across the Spiderverse is the best Spider-man movie ever. It’s a work of art. People think No Way Home is peak, but it doesn’t even stack up.
It’s not even the best Spider-Verse movie lol, the animation is better but it’s just half a movie
My opinion may change when part 2 comes out but the story simply isn’t finished in ATSV
They’re delaying Beyond the Spiderverse, it’s a good thing…but damn it I want to know what happens next
No they aren’t? Isn’t it slated for March 2024?

Makes sense, but surely it’d be just down to post-production by now? Surely the actors’ parts are already done.
