The US, Britain and the EU have pledged €60 billion to help Ukraine rebuild. But Germany's development minister says it's "obvious" that Moscow should ultimately foot the bill for the destruction caused by the war.

    Can we make sure to not go all treaty of versaille this time and make the amount reasonable, lest we get WW3: WW2 Electric Boogaloo (but with more, bigger nukes!)?

    Also just get rid of the nukes, too. We’ve almost all died more than once to that shit
