Nothing should be able to spawn in the zombie chamber and its fully enclosed, and as long as there are no spawnable blocks placed within a 17×13×17 box around the villagers, all golems should spawn on top and have no where else to go except into the lava. And if no one else has done it yet, there is enough space below for a second iron farm so I might fix up the old one with a design less likely to break

If it were up to me, I’d be hesitant to add any more lag to spawn - and there’s always the ‘proper’ iron farm anyway. Not my call of course.
