Hey, I figured out once I posted my reply that it was the original article. I’m still getting use to technology, ya know. Yea, State attorneys were exactly what you would think. He brought up my Dad that died in 97 in an automobile accident. Claiming my dad had alcohol in his system etc. None of that is true nor has ever been stated. That was part of his opening. Their own State expert Dr. Jackson said I was innocent as well and then during questioning they were trying to retry my case basically. It’s not a good look for State to kidnap me and then pour salt in the wounds at this last hearing. I really needed a much larger outcry from the public in my case. This could happen to anyone. I’m blessed to have my wife and family to support me. Hopefully, I’ll have some good news soon.

Why the heck would a prosecutor bring up your dad who died 25 years ago? Man, that’s just dumb and mean to do.

You want a public outcry, I would suggest (if you haven’t already) calling or emailing the “tip line” at your local newspaper and TV stations. You’ve been screwed over and they’re trying to keep screwing you, and a good news operation would want that story.

Good luck and another ear-scratch for Ace, man.
