I’ve been feeling nostalgic the past weeks so I decided to go back and finally give
a fair go. I’ve never read it, but I was really hooked on the anime when I was younger, and felt frustrated when the anime ended when it did.
It’s a bit of a dated style, but I’m still liking it so far. Early days, can’t wait to get to where I stopped.
Tha manga’s art definitely got better as it went along. Still my favorite manga ever. Imo the anime did not do the manga justice. I heard the new movie is really good tho, so I am patiently waiting for it to become available in US.
Also, if you’re into basketball manga’s thats more on the realistic side, I highly recommend “REAL”
