minus-square@rbarlinkEnglish4•11 months agoWe already found out just how secure rights backed only supreme court precedent are against the current court. If that taught us anything it is that any right not explicitly spelled out as an amendment can be revoked at any time. Don’t jinx it.
In case anyone wasn’t aware, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in 1927 that forcibly sterilizing people is constitutional and totally cool.
This ruling still stands to this day.
