I’m playing TTD and Open TTD for about 20years

Initialy playing as intended, trying to maximize objectives points and having money, but I finally found my fun by trying to send people where they want to go.

With gamerule Symetric people, and asymetric mails (and yolo others resources); typically with FIRS and few others mods

Bus stop with too many people ? Me not happy. Need more buses, more trams, more trains, more boats, more planes.

Problem with that, is that at a certain point in the game, there are absolutely TOO MANY people waiting everywhere… Village with 50 inhabitants? 3k people waiting in the bus stop.

Still waiting for a mod to fix how many people are generated in stations (not a mod that simply reduce how much we earn by passenger as most mods impacting passenger transportation do)

I’ll still use some industries, but typically with the only objective to grow cities and villages (mainly goods production so)

I aim to create a big network, where one person from the top of the map can go to the bottom of the map (even if he need to take 20 different commutes for that…); that’s what I like

And you ?

I started off playing OpenTTD just a few months back, when a friend of mine suggested it as a chill multiplayer game to play while in voice call.

Never really was big into tycoon games, but OpenTTD just has a certain retro charm to it that I enjoy. I haven’t played it in a hot minute, but seeing this community pop up reminded me that I should probably revisit it :)
