The United States Postal Service (USPS) has recently implemented some changes to its address policy in order to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What about those that don’t have email or internet access? How do they use the new system?

    The models vary between walk up and drive up already. But even so, half of the braile on an ATM are stuck on. They make us put these on when we install them. And we joke about the same thing.

      And, again, blind people can be riding in the back seat or walk up to a drive-up ATM.
