    They can manage a target delta for VSC so they should be able to do the same for their out lap too, just use the same system and allow the team to change the deltas post quali. Idea is to beat the main time set for quali rather than be slower than the min time set for race.

    I can’t even remember the last time a driver got done for VSC time infringements other than missing the activation point, which is a non issue when it would be the second safety car line and thus fixed in advance.

    Pit lane nin speed limit I like the idea, should apply in race as well to prevent fucking around when double stacking.
