I just wanted to binge on some Skittles like it’s 1995.

Holy shit! Is this a thing? Cause that’d explain a whole lot for me

All I know is I ate way more sugar than usual last night which was otherwise a very normal boring night. And this morning my mood is pretty trash and I’m a bit more anxious than usual. Not a scientific study by any means but there’s definitely some correlation for me in the past.

It’s likely, that your blood sugar spiked due to the Skittles, your body overreacted, excreted tons of insulin, that crashed your blood sugar and now you’re simply hypoglycemic, that is, your blood sugar is too low.

Lol so I got the meme backwards. But on the right track 😅

          Perhaps more accurately:

You’re probably eating like 10x+ the sugar you should. Most people do. But yeah, processed sugar is crazy bad for you.

5g of water can be absorbed for every 1g of carbs eaten. So it’s dehydration.

People that have tried to “cheat” while on Keto know this pain. It’s also why they woosh 10lbs first on that diet. No carbs = shedding water weight.
