Carl Edward Chastang was arrested after he allegedly tossed a woman from her wheelchair, beat her, then strangled her with a pool noodle because she ran over his foot.

After strangling her, Chastang reportedly left her on the floor completely immobile until the following day when someone else called for assistance.

      No no! You’ve got it all wrong! HER hobby was running over his foot with her wheelchair.
