What do you use your laptop for?
I’m not a Mac fan. Was given these Mac laptops for work, where I build web apps. And already, it’s sluggish. I’m eyeballing the latest Macs with M2s because this 2019 Intel version can’t support the programs I need to run without a rainbow ball spinning every few seconds.
It’ll hit the same issues with other OSes. But at least with those systems, I can just buy more power rather than throw the whole thing away. Fortunately it’s company money.
Everything except gaming. But I agree with you on that one. I wish they would make them more open. Didn’t Woz leave Apple because of that, among other things?
