I’ve tried physical journals over the years but the only thing I’ve managed to stick with is DayOne on my iPhone and iPad. It’s just very convenient and quick and I can take advantage of a few minutes here and there to quickly journal something. Been using it since the company started over a decade ago and it’s something I really cherish.
