Sponsored by The Heritage Foundation and a coalition of other conservative groups, this comprehensive policy guide plainly states the GOP’s short and long-term goals.     Break up the Department of Education to strengthen education freedom, enhance parental rights in education, and protect taxpayers from student loan “forgiveness.”

    That last sentence… who are they protecting?
