Personally I don’t care when the people are from another country. I slow myself down and match them if they have a hard time with English, I’m good at listening to people speak and figuring them out even if they have a hard time with English. What I cannot stand, is canned responses that don’t even address the issue, let alone resolve it.
Something very sweet with living in a country with a different language than English is that the people on the phone can’t be outsourced.
The AI problem remains though :(
I’d probably feel very different about the whole situation if the call center is that were being subverted were in my own country.
