Reads more like the current junta is possibly going to collapse and the country then devolves into warlords fighting over control of territory. We can hope that the people running these various factions will see the benefit of peaceful coexistence and a democratic, federal style government. But, it just takes a couple of power hungry assholes to ruin it for everyone.
