    You’re thinking of seraphim, beings of six wings and many eyes, or ophanim, beings of wheels and eyes, two of three celestial beings described in Ezekiel, the other is cherubim, multi-headed animals. These are not called angels.

    Angels, aka malakim, are human like messengers of Yahweh and said to not have wings.

    Hilariously the ‘biblically accurate angels’ of popular culture are quite the opposite.

      Where can one, other than the Bible, read more about this? I’m not opposed to reading the Bible, I’m just not great at deciphering it’s language most of the time.

        Honestly I just google bits and pieces if I come across anything that interests me. There’s a few biblical academic communities that you can get non-proselytizing information from.
