How do you define the two? There aren’t HEB owned farms or production facilities that I’m aware of. The labels in their branded stuff usually say, “Made with care for HEB.”
I just looked at two bags of chips from HEB. One say “for HEB” and the other says “by HEB.”
I also found on their website, they do have production facilities for bakery, tortillas, and dairy. https://www.heb.com/static-page/article-template/Made-in-Texas
