All four were evil bastards, but H.W. might have had the most influence.
Fun fact, on 9/11 H.W. was in an investor meeting with about a dozen Saudis, including direct family members of Bin Laden. Family who were the only people allowed to fly in the days following, because they all got to fly home. Bush Jr directly exempted them from any questioning.
That investor meeting was for an investment group that owned a lot of military manufacturing, and they made a killing off of the wars sparked that day.
On the other hand, Nixon sabotaged the Paris Peace talks of '68 to better his chances of election, then massively ramped up the war he had promised to end.
Reagan reshaped America in ways that are still fucking us over…
Nixon gave us Roger Stone, and we’re still dealing with that jackass. Roger Stone can be blamed for giving us W. He personally led a riot in Florida that stopped the recount and gave the Conservatives on the Supreme Court time to steal the 2000 election.
