Difference is most people will wait until it’s too late.

Those who get in early will be in a prime position to take advantage of those who don’t.

I really hope we go extinct.

Yeah, I hope so too. I don’t want to have to live being taken advatage of by people who see I’m a disabled woman.

Oh yeah, refugees desperate to get somewhere never cause a problem for those living in that place. You’ll be fine for sure.

I’ll be better off than you, that’s for sure.

I’d rather be dead quickly than torn apart by an angry mob who don’t like the fact that I’ve been living a sustainable life while they’re desperate to survive.

But hey, maybe you like the glint of torchlight on the pitchforks.

I would love to revisit this with you in 40 years if I’m still alive and still remember any of this lol

Or I know history. What do you think happened to the people living safely in Palestine when Jews were desperate to get out of Europe? Desperate people who want a safe place to live ends up with you getting kicked off your land and possibly killed even though you were there first.

When the planet becomes uninhabitable except for a few small areas, where do you think all the people are going to go? What do you think the people not allowed in are going to do once they finally get in to the people who kept them out?

Sure bud. You ‘know history’ and that’s how you can predict my death.

You might want to go outside for a bit. See the real world, not just the one in your head.

It really sounds like you’re treating your predictions as fact, which isn’t healthy.

That’s how I am predicting the death of anyone who thinks they’ll survive this with a good life, looking down on the peasants.

Shooting as many “refugees” in the face coming for my shit until I run out of ammo and am eventually overwhelmed sounds like a pretty metal way to go. This is fun! I’ll call myself “Burt” and I’ll get a dog a name him “Samason”. I’ll have a huge garden full of pumpkins and butterfly flowers.

The people getting in early are billionaires and they’re buying private islands.

Nowhere else will be safe because of both climate change and the mass migration it will cause. The safest bet is probably building strong communities and practicing mutual aid. Which sounds like the opposite of your intentions.

Lol, this isn’t true but I’m not going to sit here and argue with you.

Just wait a few years and we can both see if our worst fears come to fruition.

        Have a good day.

I guess if you move off the grid, sure and more power to you.

Most safe places, like the Great Lakes Region for example, are going to see a lot of migration in the next ten years.
