And these guys were all in their 30s or 40s doing a very physically demanding job and almost certainly taking substance bad for their long-term health while doing so.

They would be in their mid 60s-70s now which isn’t an uncommon death age for those in physically demanding jobs that doesn’t include drugs

Warrior only made it to 54. He had a lot going on, admitted steroid use, so definitely some substances involved. Also, supposedly untreated serious mental illness. People who have worked with him say that’s his real personality, not an act.

I just looked it up and the one on the left in this pic died even younger. A heart attack at only 46. Jesus.

Not to mention the drinking, drugs, partying, etc. It’s funny how old wrestlers get mad that new wrestlers aren’t “men” cause they go home and stream video games and go watch Netflix, instead of going out to get trashed and be idiots. New wrestlers seem healthier, don’t abuse their bodies as much and don’t ignore nagging injury just to be “tough”.

I haven’t watched wrestling in 15 years and there are young guys who’s entire careers I missed cause they decided to go out while they still had a working body and brain, instead of destroying their lives for it.
