I think rule of law is preferable to anarchy, and I think that theft is wrong.

The rule of law says that America must provide emergency services to everyone on American soil. But you don’t like that rule, do you? So you pick and choose which rules to follow then, right?

I accept the argument that (assuming that is a law at the state/federal level where it applies here in arizona) the dispatcher should be obligated to make a best-effort same as everyone else. That doesn’t mandate I have sympathy when best-effort doesn’t work out for someone breaking the law in other contexts. Just like you probably wouldn’t have sympathy if a burglar fell down your stairs and broke their neck. Yes the EMS is obligated to help, but I still don’t have sympathy for the guy who just broke into my house and tried to steal my stuff.

You’re the one who stood up and said you love the rule of law. Now you want to qualify that cause you were caught in a lie.

Admit it. You don’t like all the rules. You just like the ones that help you.

Clearly OP isn’t a hypocrite or lying and is justified in not having sympathy for anyone breaking the law. Which is understandable as I’m sure OP has never broken any laws by illegally entering a country, breaking into and robbing someone’s house, or worst of all picking up a bird feather. And if OP has ever broken the law I hope there isn’t any expectation of sympathy if refused emergency service when they are needed.
