What are the best practices you’ve learned to save time or make a meal better.

    Yea, unfortunately I’m firmly in that half. It takes like 3 seconds to file down a garlic, leaving only the little root part that you pinch. You’re gonna have to be really cruising with that press to get a marked time improvement.

    I’d use a press if I had to do like a bulb or more.
