Oh you know… Today. Just got bored and looked into the alternatives. I saw this one mentioned several times so I figured I’d check it out.
I think they’re called communities here. Curious how this will play out.
So, I assume we are called lemmings?
Lemmings seem to be the consensus.
I’m hedging my bets a bit - trying a couple different communities out to see which one might be the best fit for me. But this is gonna be an interesting bit of future internet anthropology we get to live through, though.
Curious to see which instances you find worthy. I just went for one of the big ones to get started.

Which community seems the most promising to you so far? This is the only one I’ve checked out yet, and not much at that
Another instance I’m on calls the groups “magazines”. Maybe the verbiage is different instance to instance.
