A Clear Creek County, Colorado, deputy charged in the 2022 death of Christian Glass has been sentenced to probation as the result of a plea agreement reached with prosecutors and the victim’s parents.
I think the title is a little misleading (CNN’s fault, thanks OP for post), he (Kyle Gould) is the supervisor that authorized deputy Andrew Buen (who shot the gun) to forcefully remove Christian Glass from the vehicle. Besides the $1000 fine and 2-years probation, he’s also barred from working in law enforcement or security.
