Mohammed Zaqout, the director-general of hospitals in Gaza, reiterated to Al Jazeera: “I categorically deny these false allegations [from the Israeli army] … I am telling you we were forced to leave by gunpoint.”
More than 7,000 people, including patients in critical condition and newborn babies fighting for their lives, were sheltered inside al-Shifa. The facility has been under siege by Israeli soldiers for several days.
A doctor in al-Shifa told Al Jazeera that at around 9am local time (7:00 GMT), they received the order from the Israelis to leave in “one hour”, but that it was “impossible” to evacuate everyone.
They need more time after the whole “this thing that is totally a roster of Hamas personnel, please ignore the names of the days of the week. What are you saying? no, this is not a calendar. WTF, western media isn’t supposed to know how to read Arabic” debacle.
Wouldn’t be surprised if they say, tunnels are sealed and they have to open it and it will take time, in 6 months they will comeback and say, we open the tunnel and we found weapons of mass destruction and human bones.
You don’t want witnesses if you are going to plant evidence. It takes time to setup a Hamas head quarters.

To the good director, there were no Hamas around the hospital as well.
