Piko Collection 3 has been a banger for me so far. I’m playing 40 Winks right now which aged not as bad as I expected. It plays better than a lot of the not-Super-Mario-64 3D platformers of that early 3D era. The game I’m mostly looking forward to is the JRPG on the cart, Legend of Wukong, but haven’t started it yet just cuz once I start a JRPG I know that’s all I’ll be doing every weekend LOL. Might save it for winter.

Also I checked out the 16-bit FPS, Zero Tolerance, just cuz why not, it’s actually not bad!

Agreed! I’m enjoying this cartridge a lot.

Zero Tolerance has been a highlight for me. It feels like it has no right to be as good as it is. I’ve been surprised how perfectly playable it is, even on the small screen of the Super Pocket.

I haven’t been able to get the hang of 40 Winks, but the shoulder buttons on the Super Pocket are awkward for me, so that may be why. I remember having a better time playing it on VS. But when playing VS, I always attract a player 2 and switch games. I suppose I might, at some point, pick up an EXP to help finish 40 Winks.

Metal Mech was a surprise to me. I knew from reviews that it’s hard and has a steep control learning curve. But for me, none of that quite spoils the fun of jumping in and out of a huge mech.
