Even the most hackneyed isekai authors are starting to realize the genre has been beaten to death so thoroughly that they must throws some new spin on their trite and the standard these days is “isekai but it’s self-aware!” Even that has been done countless times already.
Hard disagree. It’s damn funny and self aware so I would recommend it to any isekai fans.

I bet you can say that about 90% of the anime in this and general.
Plus, making it self-aware doesn’t add funny. It takes a bit more than that to do the trick.
