These things are very possible here. As someone who has been a core part of this place for a while now and enjoying each moment in my own way, I thought of asking about what I realize is more like me to start off doing. Who wants to give it a go?

I’ve proofread it a few times since the first replies began coming in. The only way of reading it which I can think of as off is if we don’t treat “AMA” as a noun. AMA stands for Ask Me Anything but is also shorthand for the activity and the kinds of submissions that host them. And no to the first question.

This specifically is very confusing to read and understand:

I thought of asking about what I realize is more like me to start off doing.

I reread the post multiple times and it expresses a simple thought in a rather complex structure. But I don’t get what you are saying with that part? That you want to be asked to start an ama? That you want people to ask questions here? That you are thinking about starting an ama in another thread and asking for opinions?

      With the following sentence

Who wants to give it a go?

It seems you want others to start amas? But are also thinking about doing it yourself?

The simpler you write your sentences, the more people are able to understand them.

In the end, I wouldn’t invalidate either interpretation. Note there are a few people here before who have done AMA’s. It’s a tradition for new mods as well, though it’s debatable how new is new. The latter being what I most anticipated.
