What is your native language? I see in another answer it’s not English.
I don’t express it well when I say it like that, but it’s more akin to a pidgin, which is comprised of a considerable amount of English but doesn’t do the language justice. Pidgins are common in syncretic households and so I had to learn “actual” English later on.
