I’m trying to stop using Reddit, but it having an app I know about makes it have quite an advantage.
I know there’s a few apps out there I can use to browse Lemmy, but I’m not sure about their names and the different features they offer.

Thunder has a really weird swipe mechanic to voting that doesn’t seem to work very reliability for me unfortunately currently.
What do you mean?
You swipe the comment to the right and a thing pops up. It’s unclear when it is downvoting or upvoting because what it then does doesn’t seem to match the one you selected.
I had the same experience. I like where Thunder is going but I went back to Jerboa for now.
If you swipe slightly right it’ll upvote, and a swipe further right will downvote; if you do it slowly you can see the animation and color to the left of the post changes. Right now the way it’s coded there’s some lag between your swipe and the vote count changing, which the dev said he hopes to address soon!
There was also some talk of toggleable voting arrows as an alternative to swiping, but I don’t know the timeline on that right now :)
